Some remarks:

How many time after the test were contacted participants? 

All participants have mild symptoms, did you exclude that who has severe symptoms? 

On table 3 Muscle pain is repeated

This study summarizes the symptoms associated with SARS-COV-2.  It is not that interesting but a fact description and a contribution to the literature. In times of this pandemic, it is important to let this comes in press so that this shall benefit the global combat to the COVID19.
