- When there was no data prior to the fracture or surgery, the average of all the patients of the corresponding evaluation was imputed.
- If a measurement was missing between two points of the same patient, the measurements before and after the missing data were averaged.
- If tracking was lost, the last recorded value was forward dragged.
- When the patient died at the point of measurement, 0 was imputed and no further follow-ups were recorded.
