Visual Snow Syndrome in Patient with Migraine: Case Report and Literature Review
Abstract
:1. Background
2. Materials and Methods
3. Case Report
4. Discussion
- Visual snow: dynamic, continuous, tiny dots in the visual field lasting longer than 3 months.
- Presence of at least two additional visual symptoms in the following four categories:
- Palinopsia;
- Entoptic phenomena: floaters, spontaneous photopsia;
- Photophobia;
- Nyctalopia (impaired night vision).
- Symptoms are not associated with typical visual aura.
- Symptoms have no other explanation
