In my previous review I did a main comment and two minor comments. The authors did not answer the main comment and only answered the two minor ones. The paper has improved, the main limitation is still the small sample (only 127 patients) but that cannot be solved.

However the authors should answer and change their manuscript according my pprevious comment: “However, Sacubitril/valsartan not only did not reduce the risk of ventricular tachyarrhythmias in chronic HFrEF patients over 12 months of follow-up, but it seemed to increase it (although differences were not significant). Discussion about this proarrhythmic effect in some patients in this population and in previous studies would be welcome.
