Reviewer 2 Report

This review discuss the role of stromal components in modulating progression of breast cancer and differences in early clinical detection. The topic is certainly interesting and at the cutting edge of research in the field of breast cancer. The authors present a complete and in-depth discussion of the impact of stromal components during different step of cancer progression, focusing on breast cancer. The review is well written and do not need further revisions.
