1. It is suggested to add in the last paragraph of the introduction, what are the advantages of the relevant institutions for the mechanized production of sweet potatoes? Is it important in the yield of sweet potatoes?

2. In Fig.1, the agronomic parameters required for sweet potatoes transplanting are incomplete, such as the missing parameters of sweet potatoes seedling body, etc., which are suggested to be supplemented.

3. It is suggested that Figure 2 supplement the complete machine structure drawing with such transplanting mechanism.

4. It is recommended to supplement commutation gear set 1 and commutation gear set 2 key gear ratios.

5. It is recommended to add the operation effect drawing after transplanting in Fig.20.

6. The treatment of the test results in Figure 23 is somewhat inappropriate, and it is suggested to treat them according to the two figures.

7. It is suggested to further improve the grammatical expression of part of the language.

Dear Authors 

This manuscript titled "A Design and Experiment of Sweet Potato up-film Transplanting  Device with a Boat-bottom Posture" describes an empirical science experiment that trials a a device for transplanting after mulching is designed, which realizes the up-film boat-bottom-shaped transplanting technology..

It is a well-written manuscript, albeit a dense read and rather long, in my opinion, especially in the results and discussion section. It is interesting and thought-provoking study and certainly worthy of publication, as it will have global interest. The only minor criticism is that it could benefit from two small changes. The first use statistical analysis design to analysis your data, software used for validation and comparison of averages! and to simplify the manuscript wherever possible.

The second is that a  a research paper should end with a well-constructed conclusion as meaningful and brief. So conclusions are required to re-write  in this research.
