Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I think the manuscript is an interesting approach and comparison between the redemption of Biblical Israel and the redemption of Lance Armstrong or more broadly speaking, athletic redemption. The topic is timely and pertinent and presentation holds the readers interest, i.e., there is a go flow to how it is presented. There are some debatable conclusions drawn in some of the statements, which I have noted in the document. I have also provide additional comments to consider in the document.

Reviewer 2 Report

Usually when reviewing papers I note a number of changes/suggestions.  However, I have virtually none to make regarding this excellent paper. Very enjoyable.  Several typos/slight grammar adjustments  - this is the only area I would recommend a thorough check.  Including lines - 494, 425, 262, 268, 137.

Author Response

Thank you for reading my manuscript and for your generous review. I attempted to address the grammatical issues i read with the lines you originally cited. after working a bit more on the manuscript these lines have been addressed and should now be grammatically correct.
