Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The article presents interesting analysis of the theological concept of Saint Sophrony Sakharov concerning the experience of the divine Light and its implications for the modern spirituality. In the third part of the text, which deals directly with the main work of Saint Sophrony Sakharov and his theological conception, his theological thinking and the argumentation used could be presented in more detail. It is the main part of that paper as the title of the paper implies. Otherwise you should modify a bit this title. In order not to expand too much on the article, the remaining points can be formulated more synthetically.

Author Response

Thank you very much for the appreciation and observation. I completed the chapter with three paragraphs. In one of these I integrated the text of an explanatory note.

Reviewer 2 Report

At line 433: "and" instead of "sand"

Author Response

Thank you very much for your observation. I corrected the word.

Reviewer 3 Report

The only suggestion would be to add a more thorough introduction to Saint Sophrony Sakhoarov.

Author Response

Thank you very much for your observation. I completed the introduction with a paragraph in which I outlined the main stages of the life of Saint Sophronius.
