Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In my opinion, the paper is interesting, clear and well-written. It develops some original and innovative ideas to improve the method to find the optimal solution of the OWA aggregation problem with two comonotone constraints. Some practical applications are also presented in the paper in order to clarify the necessity of all the steps of the proposed algorithm. So, it deserves to the themed issue dedicated to Dr. Ronald R. Yager.

Some minor suggestions are included in the enclosed file.
