Dear editor

The review entitled "Review of Wind Power Bearing Wear Analysis and Intelligent Lubrication Method Research" presents substantial scientific value related to wind power with a broad exploration of the topic in the article presented.

1. What is the main question addressed by the research? The main issue addressed by the article was the evaluation, through a review, of the wear process in wind energy turbines. In this way, the article presents a coherent evolution of the entire process that involves the mechanics of the propeller components and the wind turbine operating system. 2. Do you consider the topic original or relevant in the field? Does it address a specific gap in the field? The topic is interesting and relevant to the area, even though it is not an original topic, since the same group of researchers has been developing articles and projects on the same topic for some time. However, as this is a review, I believe it is pertinent at this time to compile all the information on the evolution of the results found with the wear theme. 3. What does it add to the subject area compared with other published material? Actually, the article is a compilation of information on the topic, which would help other researchers to better understand the topic. However, the subject is distributed in several other articles in the literature. 4. What specific improvements should the authors consider regarding the methodology? What further controls should be considered? As it is a review, the article is well structured methodologically, I do not see the need for any adjustments in relation to the methodology. At the same time, the article managed to absorb information on all aspects involving the cost of wear in wind turbines. 5. Are the conclusions consistent with the evidence and arguments presented and do they address the main question posed? Yes, the conclusions are appropriate and relevant to the article's proposal, as well as future perspectives presented. 6. Are the references appropriate? The references are appropriate and coherent with the idea and objective presented in the article 7. Please include any additional comments on the tables and figures. The tables and graphs are very well illustrated and with excellent resolution and adequately present all the information necessary for the correct progress of writing and understanding the article.

Although the Analysis/Review of the Wind Power Bearing Wear and Intelligent Lubrication Method Research seems good; Still I observe the Authors are using Screenshots for most of the Images, Screenshots are not admissible no matter if you are citing the article. The Paper is a review article and the authors are using the screenshot of most of the images. This raises a serious concern about the novelty of the work.

The article analyzes significant forms of wear of wind farm bearings. The issues of lubrication of these elements were analyzed. The article is well edited. However, I have doubts as to whether the topic is consistent with the scope of the journal.

Despite an overall well-edited manuscript, there are a few areas that require improvement:

1) Figure 8 requires more explanation. The images show the microstructure, but a description of each image is required. The caption under the Figure is completely inconsistent with it.

2) Explain in the description to Figure 9 what type of composite it is (type of matrix).

3) Describe in a few sentences the process presented in Figure 10.

·        You need to show how this review is different from other review papers. You could mention the advantages and challenges with other papers by a figure or a table.

·        Organize the article's sections logically and ensure coherence in presenting the information. Each section should flow seamlessly, building on the previous one.

·        Visual aids can enhance understanding and engagement for readers, however, consider including references for the figures included within the text.

·        In Future Perspectives and Conclusion section of the paper, the future research directions mentioned are comprehensive but lack specificity in how these advancements will be achieved. Provide more concrete strategies, potential experiments, or collaborations needed to explore nanolubrication, intelligent lubrication devices, and advanced monitoring methods.

Examples of bearing wear forms I have added, including pages 5, lines 180-197; Examples of bearing lubrication methods are shown in Part III of this document, by changing the bearing lubrication material, lubrication device, and monitoring method, which are within the scope of lubrication method improvement. Please kindly find the revised manuscript for these sections.

The text currently lacks highlighted alterations, and there is no discernible section titled "Part III." It is necessary to enrich the document by integrating specific instances, experiments, or case studies that reinforce the examination of wear forms and lubrication techniques.

The paper is according to the standard method (PRISMA) to retrieve relevant articles, through in the database Google Scholar, Science Direct, in which the key words: bearing wear, lubrication mode, lubrication materials and other related literature, and to organize and summarize them.

Please clarify the methodology of the review by incorporating a PRISMA flow diagram that illustrates the systematic review process, including but not limited to searches conducted exclusively within databases and registers.
