Long-Time Coherent Integration for Maneuvering Target Based on Second-Order Keystone Transform and Lv’s Distribution
Round 1

General comments: Sections 2-4 are written in very abrupt manner. It gives a list of steps but not much textual content to help the audience understand. While I agree the equations and the steps need to be there, The authors definitely need to improve in explaining the theory. This is not satisfactory.
Specific Comments:
Line 16 : The LRM is firstly corrected inspired by RFT (Rephrase). Perhaps use corrected by using / employing the RFT
Line 18: please provide references for the several representative methods
Section 4.5 : is very confusing. What are you trying to suggest? whichever is the best / effective method in terms of improving the computation needs to be clear . All I can see is a list of all approaches and the complexity. Please add sentences to make it readable to the audience.
Line 389 : Section 6: . The kernel of this paper Scan be summarized as follows: (Rephrase and it not understandable)
Section 6: Instead of itemizing the conclusions. Please write in simple sentences capturing the complete essence. Reading the entire paper, I got the feeling that I have read some comments in a code or some text book content of equations. There is lot of really good work here that can be presented in simple technical language and maintains a flow.

Dear Editor,
The presentation and exhibition of the model theoretical are well commented in the text and the bibliography describes well the background on the subject matter and the contributions of the research group. However, English needs to be improved, It is recommended to let a native speaker review the paper before resubmitting. It also needs to check some definitions, for example the LVD should be defined in the (abstract-line 7) as: Lv's distribution (LVD). This work fulfils, in my opinion, the requirements to be published with minor revision.
Best regards,
Reviewer

I think the manuscript is ready for publication. One final spell check and language check may be needed. Barring that, this manuscript is good to go.
Thankyou.
