Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Although in general the paper is well written and has a solid mathematical formulation, it is difficult to understand the key novel points of this work. With respect to Algorithm 1 of page 7, it seems that the only novel points are lines 4 and 5.

Moreover, the authors should provide more details on the simulations setup. Which kind of platform have you used for your simulations? Do you consider a single user or a multiuser environment?

Finally, the authors section could be improved with additional recent works.

Reviewer 2 Report

The present research work “Hybrid Precoding Based on Partial Connection for 2 Millimeter-Wave Massive MIMO System”  is very good work in the domain but a few concerns are still there that need to incorporate into the revised manuscript:

---State-of-the-art restrictions, methodologies, and results of the proposed method are particularly missing in the abstract and introductory section. Due to the described work's shortcomings, a significant research gap must be created.

---Explain the novelty of this paper. Justify how this work is different from the previous work in terms of the parametric values.

--- Results discussion section should be added just before the conclusion section. And, reference citation should be avoided in the conclusion section. Also, incudes small subsection pertaining to the future extension of the present methodology herewith.

--- I suggest authors to add recent papers from 2020-2022 to fulfill gap of the study. Following references may be added in their discussion that how present work is difference in terms of techniques:
