  1. In Section 2, the Eq. (1) and (2) has to be rewritten in the view of proposal.
  2. The experimental procedure need to be included.
  3. The details of simulation procedure / tool and the constraints has to be included.

    In the section of conclusion , we add the main operating mechanism of the quantum well micro-pillar array with thick substrate as described in section 3.1.  We also added the characteristic( good narrow-band detection capability)and the peak wavelength (10.5um) of the improved resonance-enhanced structure.

    In this round of revision, another reviewer requested an addition to the conclusion section, and we have revised the manuscript accordingly.

    In the section of conclusion, we add the main operating mechanism of the quantum well micro-pillar array with thick substrate as described in section 3.1.  We also added the characteristic( good narrow-band detection capability)and the peak wavelength (10.5um) of the improved resonance-enhanced structure.
