The shortest path problem is an important topic in the field of GIS and computer science. Dijkstra algorithm is a commonly used method to find the shortest path, which is usually used to find the least cost path from a single source. Based on the analysis and research of traditional Dijkstra algorithm, this paper points out the problems of Dijkstra algorithm and optimizes it to improve its storage capacity and operation efficiency. Then, combined with the traffic elements, a new network based optimal path planning method is established. I have modified it.

This paper proposed a path optimization method based on deep learning for transshipment, which is of certain interest to the readers of this journal. The following issues should be clarified before publication.

1. The wording of this paper should be modified intensively to make it concise and accurate.

2. In the abstract, the data used is not very clear. For example, what is the meaning of 50% emission and what is the emission limit, [100, 200]?

3. In the introduction, it has been mentioned the previous similar works have not been applied in real life and the related advantages have not been clearly demonstrated. It may not be appropriate.

4. In this paper, a simulation has been conducted to support the points. There are many route planning software available. Is it possible to have a simple experiment to compare?

5. It has been mentioned that the many factors can affect the route planning, such as the weather and road condition. Have the effects of those factors investigated in the paper?

Introduction is short and not complete. My suggestion is to divide the introduction into three subsections: 1) motivation and incitement, 2) literature review and 3) contribution and paper organization. some works are recommended to be added, such as:

-Coordinated design of PSS and SVC damping controller using CPSO

-Damping controller design for power system oscillations using hybrid GA-SQP

-Golden Search Optimization Algorithm

The quality of the figures is low. Also, if the mentioned figures are taken from another paper, the number of the references must be located at the end of the title of the figure.

Answer: I have adjusted. MorsaliJavad applies fractional order PI&D controller to the design of series capacitor damping controller based on thyristor control, and cooperates with the secondary integral controller as the automatic generation control loop.
