The paper is very well written, and contributes the methods for Synthesis of antenna arrays. And the proposed scheme outperforms the state of the arts in antenna array synthesis applications.

There are some problems, which must be solved before it is considered for publication. If the following problems are well-addressed, this reviewer believes that the essential contribution of this paper are important for Synthesis of antenna arrays.

  1.       In page 1, ABSTRACT, authors are suggested to start broad in the general background, then narrow in on the relevant topic that will be pursued in the paper. Maybe this part can be improved!

 2.       Relevant research background needs to be supplemented in INTRODUCTION. And you should cite all papers you use properly.

 3.       Another obvious problem with this paper is lack of sufficient explanation of the simulation results. You need to explain your simulation results in detail and why you got such results. 

4.       CONCLUSIONS needs more in it, as it's more of an afterthought. The authors are suggested to highlight important findings and include afterthought of this work.

5.       The figures in your paper are a bit blurry. Please consider replacing them with clearer ones. For example,fig5.

 6.       Please add some sentences about future work.

. 1. The third section "Synthesis Example" shows a large number of figures. However, the lack of logical connections and the lack of explanation of why those happened makes this section very empty.

22. What are the motivations, research objectives, and contributions of this research? What are the limitations of existing work? What are the applications of the proposed method? The answer of those fundamental questions is required.

33. Rewrite the Abstract section by addressing the importance of the study and also focus on the research achievement of the paper. In conclusion, add what can be improved in this paper or provide an outlook for future research should be discussed.
