This clinical case report from Dr. Galante  and colleagues titled “Metastatic Anorectal Melanoma Presenting as Seizures: An In-2 frequent Culprit” is timely and interesting. It serves the two aims of evidencing an often misrecognized cancer disease and sensitizes the readers to the  therapeutic challenge such a complex metastatic disease poses. Text is clear, description appropriate and references are appropriate.  Figures are clear, figure 4 could be improved (see below).

 

Minor. Figure 4 could be improved by at least removing the blue background, in order to better visualize the cyto-architecture and the Melanin A pos cells.
