Title: Stark broadening of neutral boron lines

The manuscript presents study of the Stark broadening parameters i.e., width and shift, of lines within B I 2s22p – 2s2ns spectral series. The authors have used Sahal-Bréchot theory based on the semi-classical perturbation formalism in order to obtain reliable parameters of boron lines.

The paper evidently contributes to the progress in the field. The importance of the research is clearly demonstrated in the manuscript. Generally, this manuscript contains interesting and valuable ideas. In my opinion this paper should be published, but after taken into account the suggestion presented below.

The authors should change the description of the axis. For example change notation from 1,0 x 10-5 to 1 and  add in the description of horizontal and vertical axis: Temperature (104 K) and Stark width (10-5 Ǻ) or Stark width (fm), respectively.

Moreover, in text and captions, for better clarity, it will be good to change notation from 1.1014 cm-3 to 1 x 1014 cm-3 or 1 ∙ 1014 cm-3.

In addition some discussion about the uncertainty of the obtained results is needed.

The section named Conclusion should be expand.

In conclusion the investigated in the manuscript matter matches the issues presented in Atoms, therefore I  recommend the paper for publication in Atoms journal after taken into account the above suggestions.
