Thanks for this. Please see the attached PDF for my comments. There are quite a few...

There's definitely a good article in this, but not yet. I don't think you've truly described and discussed sustainability or impact in research, nor their interrelationships. You discuss Grounded Theory but don't show how you've used it: you share no codes, for example. You need a section on the limitations of the research, and a stronger set of conclusions.
