Comments and Suggestions for Authors

While the paper addresses an interesting topic, it does not incorporate the most important, recent, and relevant literature in the field. Consequently, the discussion and conclusion lack depth and fail to effectively triangulate with key authors, requiring a thorough revision in this regard. Although the paper has potential, it needs significant improvement. By focusing on a very specific case of a programme, the article's relevance to a broader international audience is unclear. It would benefit from a clearer articulation of how the programme's structure and implementation, from both the professional and personal perspectives of the coordinators and participants, can contribute to the teacher trainees and the Israeli education system more broadly. Expanding on these aspects could enhance its appeal and applicability to readers beyond the local context.

Author Response

In the first part of the introduction, we updated sources and strengthened the introduction based on reading the literature.

We rebuilt the methodology part. To strengthen the steps of analysis.

As part of the results, we added a summary of the ideas the category represents after each category.

In the discussion, we strengthened the connection to the theoretical introduction.

We also reworked, updated, and wrote all the sources according to the requirements of the ACS model journal.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Hi, an interesting paper and an important contribution internationally. A very well written article. However, I believe you have to improve the article by strengthen your methodology in the analyse part by develop the narrative categorical analysis in more detail. I also suggest that you add references in the theorethical part, line 34 (after ERT) as well as in line 49 where you state that it is a world-wide problem loosing job according to covid 19.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear sirs/ladies,

The manuscript bring into discussion a really pertinent topic and bring some good ideas  for training programs.

Moreover, I think the manuscript could be improved with more pertinent citations, by presenting in a more detailed manner the results of the study, and by using a tool which allow the qualitative analysis of the data and the coding of information (like Nvivo or Leximancer).

Best wishes
