I found this a well written article that offers a useful alternative to the VDS.

I found only minor edits  - however I am not a biostatistician and therefore have not commented on your statistical analysis. 

As a healthcare professional dealing with these patients I found your article very useful.

The presented article is original, and of interest.
As a suggestion, remove table 1, since I think it is better to make a summary of the scale than to develop it explicitly.

It is an article on dysphagia in stroke patients, it is necessary to add some consequence of the stroke, such as dysphagia, and take into account some other variable of the stroke.

I suggest considering age, with this reference.
