Author Response
We would like to thank Reviewer 1 for his/her kind and positive approval of our study. As suggested, we have now added a concluding paragraph towards the end of our main text. This replaces the former "In summary..." paragraph which was shortened and adapted to better reflect the format of a conclusions paragraph.
Reviewer 2 Report
This is a very good study, carefully planned and performed. The only recommendation I can make is to add a flowchart of the study design and procedures as a supplementary figure. This is a good approach in situations when a design is complex.
Author Response
We thank reviewer 2 for his/her very positive overall evaluation of our manuscript. We very much liked the idea of adding a flowchart to visually summarize the workflow of our study, thank you! As suggested, this has been added to the supplementary material of our manuscript.
