The submitted manuscript is interesting and in the topic of the journal. But some aspects are bellow listed in order to enhance the scientific quality:

- The state of the art should be updated, by considering the pioneering references in the field of nanoparticles and nanocapsules preparation for drug delivery. See for instance the reported works by H. Fessi et al. in International Journal of Pharmaceutics.

- Size size distribution of all prepared nanoparticles should be provided (if possible)

-What is the meaning of Nanoformulation? In my opinion this term has no meaning and should be totally removed from the manuscript.

- Nanopesticid, has no meaning too! 

- The optimized condition for decontamination should be put forward and deeply discussed.

- Can TiO2 be recycled ? in order to be use many times?

- As a general remark, the residual as a function of catalyst amount should be more discussed rather than presenting results only.

- Conclusion should be more highlighted

1. You may remove the numbers in the Y axis of the XRD figure and adjust the axis range

2. Nanoparticles seems to agglomerated. What could be the reason

3. Whole process have taken more than 30 hours. Explain

4. Fugure 11. If can please plot them by your own rather including the images obtained.

Overall the study is interesting. Please improve the manuscript interms of above facts.
