I appreciate the Authors for choosing a interesting material like Titatnium alloy and for making a daring attempt to join this alloy using a innovative welding technique. At the same time, the Plagiarism level (Similarity Index) of this Paper is about 23% (when checked with Turnitin Software), which is not acceptable. I strongly advice the Authors to reduce the similarity index below less than 10% and to resubmit the paper.
