Cover Story: Industry 4.0 has recently been one of the most discussed topics in the supply chain management field. As one of the most important supply chain members, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) should consider the Industry 4.0’s technologies as one of the pillars for their forthcoming strategic paths. Therefore, this paper presents a conceptual framework developed by means of a systematic literature review, which provides a clear guidance to decision-makers of LSPs that aims to design and implement Industry 4.0 programs. The findings from this study also cover a relevant gap in the literature regarding the linkage between Industry 4.0 and Logistics Service Providers. View this paper
