The paper looks weak and it has to be improved to be suitable for publication.
Line 4, what is "DriverMVT", all abbreviations must be explained.
Figure 1, what is the ELP camera and mention the main parts of it?
Line 7, 9 drivers, is it enough to justify your proposal and why?
Line 112, present the demographic table for the drivers and state how did you select them.
Line 113, what is the aim of presenting Fig. 2?
Line 162, b) driving with unfastened belt, the figure shows different thing.
The introduction part is short and it must be extended by discussing the other models for evaluating driver behaviour, the following works are recommended :

The abstract refers to road safety. However, the publication has mainly a technical focus. In the results of the study, the impact on road safety is not very clear. Unfortunately, there are not enough references.

The paper is improved, but, the following points have to be improved as well,
-Line 113, you aim to show driver photos to demonstrate the differences between them.
However, how you will do that, since I see no names, no numbers or anything mention each one!
-You have enhanced the abstract, introduction and the conclusion. But, it needs more efforts and extensions.
- More related works to driver behaviour and road safety have to be discussed in the introduction.

1. Line 113, you aim to show driver photos to demonstrate the differences between them. However, how you will do that, since I see no names, no numbers or anything mention each one!
We have removed driver photos as you suggested in the first round of review. We agree that in case we have Table 2, the Figure is not needed.
2. You have enhanced the abstract, introduction and the conclusion. But, it needs more efforts and extensions.
We have enhanced the Introudction to consider more related works in the topic of driver behaviour and road safety. However abstract realy good presented the paper and conclusion summarizes results.
3. More related works to driver behaviour and road safety have to be discussed in the introduction.
