Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Title: Effect of High Intensity Ultrasound on Fermentative Activity and Kinetic Growth of Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Lactobacillus Helveticus

This is an interesting paper, which deals with ultrasound treatment on L. acidophilus and L. helveticus growth. The article is well structured, many experimental methods have been used and the results are clearly presented and discussed. The study focuses on ultrasound treatment as a novel technology for kinetic growth and fermentative activity of probiotic biomass.

I would suggest the article be published after minor revision.

Minor comments:

1. Please check the spelling throughout the whole manuscript.

2. In the Conclusions section, please write which treatment parameters had the most significant influence on conducted analyses.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors made the presentation of effect of high intensity ultrasound on fermentative activity and kinetic growth for two bacteria species. The work is  interested and it will find the readers. The used literature is recent as many as possible. I did not detect inappropriate self-citation. I found mistakes after tables, all superscripts are written regularly and without being separated, please correct it. On the other hand, in lines 541-548 must be written what had each of authors done. Moreover, I would like to suggest publication after minor revision
