Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The manuscript deals with the important topic of antibiotic resistant E. coli, proposing an enzymatic treatment against it. The introduction is well structured, presenting the background, goals and motivation of the work. The work is well design and results are statistically analyzed. Before it can be published, some minor points must be improved:

-        Please perform an English revision

-        Line 66-69: it would be interesting to add a figure of this enzyme structure.

-        Line 79 please correct ensyme to enzyme.

-        There are some typo mistakes on reactants formulas, please ensure that numbers are in subscript.

-        Please provide reference for electrophoresis methodology

-        Line 134 141 156 and 160: microorganisms names must be in italic. Please check the entire document and also in figures (such as figure 4).

-        Discussion should come before conclusions. Please correct the order of these topics

Reviewer 2 Report

This paper is written very sloppy...some errors in microbiological part (using italic when naming microorganisms) were incredible.
