The authors present an interesting manuscript entitled “Effects of Supplementation of a Preworkout on Power Maintenance in Lower Body and Upper Body Tasks in Women”. The aim of this study was to evaluate the The effects of supplements on exercise performance in women, specifically to power must be performed. The general organization of the paper is solid, references are comprehensive and updated, the experimental evidences are well interpreted and, finally, the functional considerations are original.
I think that the paper can be published in its present form

Please include in the abstract section the purpose completely because in the introduction the purpose of the research is more clearly presented.
Also, please include which was the period of the research and please restored the table 1 because looks very bad and the dates it is not clear.
