This paper is about the role that smart and integrated urban water systems can play in the modern smart cities, their advantages/opportunities and the barriers their implementation has to face. It is an interesting reading and gives an extended overview of the subject.
In my opinion, the paper should be accepted after a final reading to correct some typing errors and sentences not quite clear, like those presented below.
