Author Response

We appreciate the detailed correction made by the reviewer 2.

We have made all the corrections and clarifications suggestions in the text

With the exception of 2 Line 217-219 - this paragraph should be joined with the previous one (line 197) "but we have made clarifications regarding the different geographic coverage of the vaccination and the regular program, which is why the global data are separated .

We have also incorporated the suggested bibliography and modified the introduction and discussion accordingly.

once again we appreciate the valuable contribution of the reviewer

Reviewer 2 Report

It seems to me a very well structured manuscript, which demonstrate the exhaustive multidisciplinary field work carried out by authors over a long time of dedication to the discipline.

I can only congratulate them for the initiative and their self-denying work in the regional control of echinococcosis.
