We are pleased to welcome you to this webinar, organized by the Editorial Office of the journal Nutrients (ISSN: 2072-6643) as part of the Special Issue entitled “Plant-Based Diets in the Prevention of Inflammation”. In this Special Issue, we present original scientific research papers and review papers that address the role of plant components in shaping the appropriate antioxidant and anti-inflammatory status of the human body. The topic is highly broad, and we invite those whose research even partially relates to the aforementioned subject matter to publish. We hope that this webinar will help expand scientific knowledge in this area and encourage you to consider publishing in this Special Issue.
