Professor Dr. Alvin E. Roth received The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in memory of Alfred Nobel on 15 October 2012. Alvin E. Roth shares the prize with Lloyd S. Shapley. Professor Roth co-authored two articles published with MDPI and co-edited a topical special issue on "Predicting Behavior in Games" in our open access journal Games (ISSN 2073-4336).

Games (ISSN 2073-4336) is an international open access journal, which provides an advanced forum for studies related to strategic interaction, game theory and its applications, and decision making, and is published online quarterly by MDPI AG in Basel, Switzerland. Games was launched in 2010 with the help of the Founding Editor-in-Chief Professor Dr. Carlos Alós-Ferrer from the University of Konstanz. It is currently edited by Professor Dr. Dr. Ulrich Berger from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
