Recruiting Guest Editors for Oceans

Oceans (ISSN 2673-1924) is a new MDPI journal with a fully open access publishing style. To manage this expansion, we have decided to appoint new Guest Editors, allowing a more specific avenue toward which experts worldwide can submit their work.

Scope:

Ocean geosciences;
Ocean climate and meteorology;
Paleoceanography;
Ocean circulation;
Ocean chemistry and biogeochemistry;
Ocean ecology and biology;
Ocean resources (e.g., fisheries, aquaculture, and mining);
Ocean engineering;
Ocean modeling;
Ocean governance;
Operational oceanography.

Given the prospect of open access repositories and especially the vigorous development of Oceans, we are now recruiting Guest Editors (GEs) for this journal. As a GE, you will have the following responsibilities and opportunities:

Serving as the editor of Special Issues on topics related to your critical research interests, at your convenience;
Deciding whether a manuscript qualifies for acceptance in the Special Issue, according to MDPI criteria;
Promoting Oceans at academic events to increase its visibility within related academic fields;
Inviting paper submissions and enjoying our premium editorial service at any time.
