
Big Data and Cognitive Computing Receives an Increased CiteScore of 7.1
We are pleased to inform you that Big Data and Cognitive Computing (BDCC, ISSN: 2504-2289) has received an increased CiteScore of 7.1, which is a 45% increase from last year.
CiteScore provides transparent metrics that enable well-informed publishing strategies, library collection development, and the benchmarking of journal performance. It is now a standard citation metric alongside SNIP and SJR that gives an up-to-date view of a journal’s impact.
The 2023 CiteScore provides an assessment of the scientific influence of journals in the 2020 to 2023 period.

BDCC’s CiteScore ranks as follows:
- Q1 (29 out of 131) in the “Management Information Systems” category;
- Q1 (194 out of 817) in the “Computer Science Applications” category;

- Q2 (105 out of 350) in the “Artificial Intelligence” category.
