Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

As global warming is accelerating and the gross weight of harvesting crops available for both humans and animals is decreasing while variability and costs grow, there are ever greater demands for the development of alternative materials and sources of animal feed, such as byproducts, processing technologies to improve bioavailability, nano-particle technologies, and so forth. In this context, innovative technologies in livestock and agriculture science can be deployed to improve farm animal production by developing novel and alternative sources of feed.

This Special Issue focuses on introducing the latest research on and materials and sources for the improved performance of livestock animals, including cutting-edge technologies.

We welcome papers that showcase innovative research on developing new or alternative feed ingredients, materials, and sources of feed. We are particularly interested in papers that demonstrate the use of new technologies and equipment, as well as those that explore the practical implications of research. We welcome original research articles, review articles, and case studies that provide valuable insights into this important topic.
