Dear Colleagues,

Neuromuscular diseases present a complex challenge for healthcare professionals, requiring accurate and timely diagnosis and personalized therapy plans. The advent of deep learning and big data technologies has revolutionized the field of medical research, offering new opportunities for enhancing the understanding and management of neuromuscular disorders. This Special Issue will highlight the latest advancements in the application of deep learning and big data analytics in the diagnosis and therapy of neuromuscular diseases. Researchers and practitioners are encouraged to submit innovative studies and methodologies that leverage these technologies to improve patient outcomes, optimize treatment strategies, and advance our knowledge of the underlying mechanisms behind these debilitating conditions. By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing, this Special Issue will drive progress toward more effective and personalized approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular diseases.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Bioengineering is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
