Dear Colleagues,
Graphene and graphene oxide have attracted tremendous interest due to their unique and excellent electronic, optical, mechanical, and chemical properties. First, the basic structure, preparation methods, and properties of graphene and graphene oxide should be discussed. The true potential of 2D materials is believed to lie in the possibility of combining different materials to form a heterostructure, which offers excellent features that can be applied to next-generation electronic applications. Over the years, graphene and graphene oxide two-dimensional (2D) materials have offered prospects of unprecedented advances in device performance at the atomic limit. This Special Issue will focus on the study of the preparation and application of two-dimensional graphene and graphene oxides.
We welcome papers on topics including but not limited to:
- Graphene and graphene oxide;
- Fabrication and application of graphene;
- Graphene- and graphene-oxide-related device fabrication;
- Graphene-related materials;
- 2D materials; 2D carbon-based nanomaterials.
