Section Information

The "Digital Humanities and Computational History" section of our scientific journal is dedicated to publishing articles that seamlessly integrate historical arguments with computer-based methodologies. This section aims to showcase innovative research that utilizes digital tools and computational techniques to address historical questions, offering new perspectives and insights. We invite submissions that employ methods such as data mining, text analysis, network analysis, GIS, digital visualization to explore historical phenomena, and AI models. Articles should not only demonstrate rigorous historical scholarship but also clearly explain the computational methods used, making the research accessible to both historians and digital humanities practitioners. By highlighting interdisciplinary approaches, this section seeks to bridge the gap between traditional historical research and cutting-edge digital techniques, fostering a deeper understanding of the past through the lens of modern technology. Contributions that push the boundaries of digital humanities and computational history are particularly encouraged, enhancing the journal's role as a leader in this evolving field.
