About Hospitals

Aims

Hospitals (ISSN 2813-4524) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research and insights on all aspects of hospital management, operations, and healthcare delivery. The journal covers both fundamental and advanced topics related to the functioning and administration of hospitals, including specialized facilities, temporary and mobile hospitals, and emergency setups.

Hospitals aims to serve as a platform for academics, healthcare professionals, administrators, and policymakers to discuss challenges, share innovative solutions, and promote excellence in hospital-related research and practice. By encouraging interdisciplinary contributions, the journal seeks to advance knowledge and practice across the wide spectrum of hospital environments, from routine care to critical, emergency, and campaign-based hospital systems.

Scope

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Hospital Administration and Management: Best practices in hospital operations, governance, leadership, and organizational culture.
  • Healthcare Delivery and Patient Care: Innovations in patient care, clinical practices, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and quality assurance.
  • Hospital Infrastructure and Design: Architecture, sustainable building, equipment management, and facilities engineering.
  • Healthcare Technology and Innovation: Digital transformation in hospitals, the role of artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and the integration of new medical technologies in hospital settings.
  • Health Economics and Policy: Financial management, hospital funding, cost-effectiveness analyses, and healthcare policy implications.
  • Human Resources and Workforce Management: Strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining healthcare professionals, and enhancing staff well-being and performance.
