Section Information

Nursing Reports has initiated this Section with the aim of publishing high-quality journal articles that cover both the “Nursing Education” and “Nursing Leadership” domains. Concerning Nursing Education, this Section considers an array of topics and research that contribute to the advancement of and innovation in education in the nursing field. The topics encompass, but are not limited to, research on curriculum development, pedagogical strategies, the integration of technology and simulation in nursing education, specialized nursing areas, clinical skills and competence, and clinical attachment education. This Section welcomes research regarding assessment and evaluation strategies, interprofessional education, the development of critical thinking and clinical decision-making, communications and interpersonal skills, diversity in nursing education, and lifelong learning and professional development.

Regarding Nursing Leadership, this Section will publish scholarly articles and research relating to diverse aspects of leadership within the nursing profession. We welcome a broad range of topics, such as leadership theories, management strategies, and effective nursing leadership in diverse healthcare settings worldwide. Furthermore, this Section will cover articles on policy development, organizational behaviour, workforce management, innovative solutions, and the impact of leadership on patient outcomes and healthcare quality. Moreover, the Section aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, addressing the ongoing professional growth of nurse leaders and the healthcare system.

By providing a platform for high-quality scholarly articles and research, this Section aims to contribute to the evolution of Nursing Education and Nursing Leadership in order to meet the challenges of contemporary healthcare environments.
