Upcoming MDPI Conferences (1)
Hangzhou, China
We are thrilled to announce that “The 5th International Conference on Symmetry (Symmetry 2025)” will be held from 16 to 19 May 2025 in Hangzhou, China. This conference is organized by the MDPI journal Symmetry (ISSN: 2073-8994, Impact Factor: 2.2). Building upon the success of our previous conferences in Spain, we are eager to explore the rich tapestry of symmetry in the beautiful and historic city of Hangzhou.
As in previous years, our aim is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration among scholars, engineers, students, and professionals working in symmetry-related fields. We welcome contributions from computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, symmetry applications, and beyond. We invite you to join us in Hangzhou for what promises to be an enriching exchange of ideas and knowledge.

Upcoming Partner Conferences (1)
Erice, Italy
This meeting provides a rare opportunity to understand the relationships between renormalization and self-similarity; discuss the particle production mechanisms with a focus on how the quanta of the fields emerge nonperturbatively; discuss how the formalism of scale-free networks has the potential to contribute to the solution of the problem; and have a perspective on the possible contributions of these theoretical frames in the physics of black holes, cosmology, and various other contemporary approaches to complex systems.
- Foundations of nonadditive entropies.
- Applications of nonadditive entropies.
- Nonadditive entropies and complex systems.
- Scale-free systems and networks, (multi)fractals, self-similar systems, and the renormalization group of QFT.
- Electromagnetic plasma.
- The bootstrap approach to QFT.
- Nonextensive statistics and transport processes.
- Nonextensive statistics in cosmology.
- Perspectives in hadron physics.
- Perspective in high-energy physics.
