Editor’s Choice articles are based on recommendations by the scientific editors of MDPI journals from around the world. Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the most exciting work published in the various research areas of the journal.

About the journal:
Quantum Beam Science (ISSN: 2412-382X) focuses on the application of quantum beams for the study and characterization of materials in their widest sense, and development of quantum beam sources, instrumentation and facilities. Quantum beams include synchrotron radiation, neutron beams, electrons, and the nonlinear interaction of intense laser beams, muons, positrons, and ions. The journal covers disciplines including solid-state physics, chemistry, crystallography, materials science, biology, geology, earth and planetary materials, and engineering.
