Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Air quality is a matter of strong interest for environmental and epidemiological studies. Bad air quality implies damage to the health of citizens, with a considerable number of deaths, inconvenience in the daily life of population, and damage to the environment. Low-cost aerosol particle sensors have huge potential to understand source, transportation, and sink of aerosol particles, as well as to achieve personal exposure monitoring, based on multi-point observations and mobile measurements. Thus, the development, evaluation, and application of low-cost aerosol (PM1, PM2.5, PM10) sensors are important considerations. Papers from this area of research are very welcome.

The aim of this Special Issue is to integrate the results of experimental and observational researches, for the development, evaluation, and application of low-cost aerosol sensors for environmental and epidemiological studies.

Manuscript Submission Information

Sensors is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
