Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

We cordially invite academic articles for our Special Issue, titled “Supply Chain Resilience Assessment”. The purpose of this Special Issue is to showcase original research articles, case studies, and theoretical investigations that examine different aspects of supply chain resilience evaluation.

Supply chain resilience evaluation is an indispensable tool that can be used to offer a systematic and quantifiable framework to measure and enhance the robustness of supply chains in the face of unforeseen disruptions while perfectly fitting the scope of “Systems”.

Researchers are urged to explore different subjects (such as the creation of quantitative models to evaluate resilience; the incorporation of technological advancements, such as AI, IoT, and blockchain, in assessment methods; and the advancement of risk management frameworks designed specifically for contemporary supply chains).

Furthermore, the call extends to the refinement and advancement of qualitative models explicitly tailored for contemporary supply chains. These frameworks, designed to navigate the complexities of modern business landscapes, should encapsulate multifaceted risks, ranging from geopolitical shifts to technological dependencies.

We aim to collect 10–12 articles in this Special Issue that exceed expectations and can help us investigate this topic of research. We look forward to receiving your submissions.
