As supply chains rapidly digitize, platform-driven models have become central to global commerce, requiring sophisticated mathematical modeling for optimization. This systematic review comprehensively analyzes research across six critical technological domains in platform supply chains (PSCs): blockchain integration, Internet of Things applications, Industry 4.0 systems, cloud computing, live streaming commerce, and generative artificial intelligence. Our analysis finds that operational coordination and strategic decision-making under information asymmetry represent primary research focuses, with pricing strategies receiving predominant attention. Methodologically, game theory, particularly Stackelberg models, emerges as the dominant optimization framework across all domains. However, significant gaps remain in dynamic modeling capabilities, empirical validation of theoretical frameworks, and cross-technology integration. This review provides foundational insights into mathematical optimization techniques and highlights the critical need for incorporating stochastic approaches and real-world data to advance PSC management in the digital era. The increasing frequency of extreme weather events and rapid urbanization has exacerbated pluvial flood risks, underscoring the urgent need to strengthen the assessment of pluvial flood resilience in China’s southwestern mountainous regions. Kunming—a plateau basin city—was selected as a case study, and an urban pluvial flood resilience assessment system was developed based on the DPSIR model. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP), entropy method, and game theory-informed combination weighting were applied to determine indicator weights, while the extension cloud model was utilized to quantitatively assess resilience evolution from 2013 to 2022. The results reveal that: (1) Kunming’s pluvial flood resilience experienced a clear three-stage evolution—initial construction (Level II), resilience enhancement (Level III), and resilience reinforcement (Level IV)—reflecting a transition from rudimentary resilience to advanced adaptive capacity; (2) the ranking of primary indicator weights is as follows: Driving Forces > Pressure > State > Response > Impact, with Flood Disaster Risk (P6), Flood Disaster Early Warning Capability (R1), and Topographic and Geomorphological Characteristics (P7) identified as key influencing factors; (3) marked disparities exist across the five dimensions: the Driving Forces dimension demonstrates increasing economic support; the Pressure dimension reflects structural vulnerabilities and climate variability; the State and Impact dimensions advance incrementally through policy implementation; and the Response dimension has substantially improved due to smart city technologies, although persistent gaps in inter-agency emergency coordination remain. This research offers a scientific basis for enhancing pluvial flood resilience in southwestern mountainous cities. Full article

Fueled by advances in cloud technologies and industrial platforms, networked collaborative manufacturing platforms (NCMPs) are reshaping how products are priced and customized. As decision rights increasingly shape value creation within these platforms, platform leadership—whether driven by the manufacturer or the designer—emerges as a critical determinant of product strategy. However, the effects of different leadership structures on pricing and customization remain unclear. To address this issue, we develop game models comparing manufacturer-led and designer-led platforms. Our analysis reveals that under manufacturer-led platforms, dual-product strategies remain viable across a wider range of customization conditions, ensuring pricing stability and broader demand coverage. In contrast, designer-led platforms are more sensitive to the commission rate—excessive commissions tend to crowd out standard product offerings and distort pricing incentives. Moreover, platform control does not always guarantee superior profit: while designers consistently outperform manufacturers under manufacturer-led platforms, profit dominance in designer-led settings shifts with commission rates. Notably, by jointly optimizing product strategy and pricing mechanisms, firms can achieve more balanced value distribution and sustain collaboration. These findings offer a strategic framework for manufacturers and designers to align platform governance with product architecture, contributing new insights into collaborative pricing, platform leadership, and dual-product innovation in industrial platform ecosystems. This paper presents the research outcomes of the Golden Seal project, which addresses the omnipresent issue of plastic pollution in coastal areas while enhancing their touristic value through the deployment of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies integrated into a gamified recycling framework. The developed system employs an IoT-enabled Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) to systematically collect, transmit, and analyze environmental data. A centralized, cloud-based platform supports real-time monitoring and data integration from Unmanned Aerial and Surface Vehicles (UAV and USV) equipped with sensors and high-resolution cameras. The system also introduces the Beach Cleanliness Index (BCI), a composite indicator that integrates quantitative environmental metrics with user-generated feedback to assess coastal cleanliness in real time. A key innovation of the project’s architecture is the incorporation of a Serious Game (SG), designed to foster public awareness and encourage active participation by local communities and municipal authorities in sustainable waste management practices. Pilot implementations were conducted at selected sites characterized by high tourism activity and accessibility. The results demonstrated the system’s effectiveness in detecting and classifying plastic waste in both coastal and terrestrial settings, while also validating the potential of the Golden Seal initiative to promote sustainable tourism and support marine ecosystem protection. The real-time simulation of atmospheric clouds for the visualisation of outdoor scenarios has been a computer graphics research challenge since the emergence of the natural phenomena rendering field in the 1980s. In this work, we present an innovative method for real-time cumuli movement and transition based on a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). Specifically, an LSTM, a GRU and an Elman RNN network are trained on time-series data generated by a parallel Navier–Stokes fluid solver. The training process optimizes the network to predict the velocity of cloud particles for the subsequent time step, allowing the model to act as a computationally efficient surrogate for the full physics simulation. In the experiments, we obtained natural-looking behaviour for cumuli evolution and dissipation with excellent performance by the RNN fluid algorithm compared with that of classical finite-element computational solvers. These experiments prove the suitability of our ontogenetic computational model in terms of achieving an optimum balance between natural-looking realism and performance in opposition to computationally expensive hyper-realistic fluid dynamics simulations which are usually in non-real time. Therefore, the core contributions of our research to the state of the art in cloud dynamics are the following: a progressively improved real-time step of the RNN-LSTM fluid algorithm compared to the previous literature to date by outperforming the inference times during the runtime cumuli animation in the analysed hardware, the absence of spatial grid bounds and the replacement of fluid dynamics equation solving with the RNN. As a consequence, this method is applicable in flight simulation systems, climate awareness educational tools, atmospheric simulations, nature-based video games and architectural software. This paper presents a corporate training approach that relies on cloud infrastructure and business process models to improve employee development. It introduces a cloud-based corporate hierarchy model that forms the basis for designing and implementing training materials and courses to achieve corporate strategy goals. The approach is based on business processes designed as BPMN diagrams to provide clarity of the process execution structure in the organization. The training course is also modelled using BPMN diagrams, which allows for a systematic and consistent presentation of the training content in all processes in which employees participate. The paper describes an experiment of simulated collaborative corporate training conducted during the learning process at one Bulgarian university. Within the experiment, gamification was integrated using game elements, game techniques, and competitive challenges, which stimulated the engagement of the learners and strengthened their motivation for active participation in corporate training. The complex interdependencies among numerous safety risk factors influencing oil tanker loading/unloading operations constitute a focal point in academic research. To enhance safety management in oil port operations, this study conducts a risk analysis of oil tanker berthing and cargo transfer safety. Initially, safety risk factors are identified based on the Wu-li Shi-li Ren-li (WSR) systems methodology. Subsequently, a hybrid weighting approach integrating the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), G2 method, and modified CRITIC technique is employed to calculate indicator weights. These weights are then synthesised into a combined weight (GVW) using cooperative game theory and variable weight theory. Further, by integrating grey theory with the cloud model (GCM), a risk assessment is performed using Tianjin Port as a case study. Results indicate that the higher-risk indicators for Tianjin Port include vessel traffic density, safety of berthing/unberthing operations, safety of cargo transfer operations, safety of pipeline transfer operations, psychological resilience, proficiency of pilots and captains, and emergency management capability. The overall comprehensive risk evaluation value for Tianjin Port is 0.403, corresponding to a “Moderate Risk” level. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the results generated by this model align with those obtained through Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Methods. However, the proposed GVW-GCM framework provides a more objective and accurate reflection of safety risks during tanker operations. Based on the computational outcomes, targeted recommendations for risk mitigation are presented. The integrated weighting model—incorporating game theory and variable weight concepts—coupled with the grey cloud methodology, establishes an interpretable and reusable analytical framework for the safety assessment of oil port operations under diverse port conditions. This approach provides critical decision support for constructing comprehensive management systems governing oil tanker loading/unloading operations. Full article

With the explosive growth of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, massive amounts of heterogeneous data are continuously generated. However, IoT data transactions and sharing face multiple challenges such as limited device resources, untrustworthy network environment, highly sensitive user privacy, and serious data silos. How to achieve fine-grained access control and privacy protection for massive devices while ensuring secure and reliable data circulation has become a key issue that needs to be urgently addressed in the current IoT field. To address the above challenges, this paper proposes a blockchain-based data transaction and privacy protection framework. First, the framework builds a multi-layer security architecture that integrates blockchain and IPFS and adapts to the “end–edge–cloud” collaborative characteristics of IoT. Secondly, a data sharing mechanism that takes into account both access control and interest balance is designed. On the one hand, the mechanism uses attribute-based encryption (ABE) technology to achieve dynamic and fine-grained access control for massive heterogeneous IoT devices; on the other hand, it introduces a game theory-driven dynamic pricing model to effectively balance the interests of both data supply and demand. Finally, in response to the needs of confidential analysis of IoT data, a secure computing scheme based on CKKS fully homomorphic encryption is proposed, which supports efficient statistical analysis of encrypted sensor data without leaking privacy. Security analysis and experimental results show that this scheme is secure under standard cryptographic assumptions and can effectively resist common attacks in the IoT environment. Prototype system testing verifies the functional completeness and performance feasibility of the scheme, providing a complete and effective technical solution to address the challenges of data integrity, verifiable transactions, and fine-grained access control, while mitigating the reliance on a trusted central authority in IoT data sharing. In the digital era, secure data sharing has become a core requirement for enabling cross-domain collaboration, cloud computing, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications, as well as a critical measure for safeguarding privacy and defending against malicious attacks. In light of the risks of data leakage and misuse in open environments, achieving efficient, controllable, and privacy-preserving data sharing has emerged as a key research focus. This paper first provides a systematic review of the prevailing secure data sharing technologies, including proxy re-encryption, searchable encryption, key agreement and distribution, and attribute-based encryption, summarizing their design principles and application features. Subsequently, game-theoretic modeling based on incentive theory is introduced to construct a strategic interaction framework between data owners and data users, aiming to analyze and optimize benefit allocation mechanisms. Furthermore, the paper explores the integration of game theory with secure sharing mechanisms to enhance the sustainability and stability of the data sharing ecosystem. Finally, it outlines the critical challenges currently faced in secure data sharing and discusses future research directions, offering theoretical insights and technical references for building a more comprehensive data sharing framework. With the continuous increase in urban population, the subway is the main way to alleviate traffic congestion. However, the construction environment of subway stations is complex, and the safety risks are extremely high. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to scientifically and systematically evaluate the safety vulnerability of subway station construction. This paper takes the Chengdu subway project as an example, and establishes a metro station construction safety vulnerability evaluation index system based on the driving forces–pressures–state–impacts–responses (DPSIR) theory with 5 first-level indexes and 23 second-level indexes, and adopts the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method (FAHP) to calculate the subjective weights, and the improved Harris Hawks optimization–projection pursuit method (HHO-PPM) to determine the objective weights, combined with game theory to calculate the comprehensive weights of the indicators, and finally uses the improved cloud model of Bayesian feedback to determine the vulnerability level of subway station construction safety. The study found that the combined empowerment–improvement cloud model assessment method is reliable, and the case study verifies that the vulnerability level of the project is “very low risk”, and the investigations of safety hazards and the pressure of surrounding traffic are the key influencing factors, allowing for the proposal of more scientific and effective management strategies for the construction of subway stations. Existing risk assessment approaches for soft rock tunnels in fault-fractured zones typically employ single weighting schemes, inadequately integrate subjective and objective weights, and fail to define clear risk. This study proposes a risk-grading methodology that integrates an enhanced game theoretic weight-balancing algorithm with an optimized cloud entropy extension cloud model. Initially, a comprehensive indicator system encompassing geological (surrounding rock grade, groundwater conditions, fault thickness, dip, and strike), design (excavation cross-section shape, excavation span, and tunnel cross-sectional area), and support (support stiffness, support installation timing, and construction step length) parameters is established. Subjective weights obtained via the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are combined with objective weights calculated using the entropy, coefficient of variation, and CRITIC methods and subsequently balanced through a game theoretic approach to mitigate bias and reconcile expert judgment with data objectivity. Subsequently, the optimized cloud entropy extension cloud algorithm quantifies the fuzzy relationships between indicators and risk levels, yielding a cloud association evaluation matrix for precise classification. A case study of a representative soft rock tunnel in a fault-fractured zone validates this method’s enhanced accuracy, stability, and rationality, offering a robust tool for risk management and design decision making in complex geological settings. This research highlights the importance of Emotion Aware Technologies (EAT) and their implementation in serious games to assist children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in developing social-emotional skills. As AI is gaining popularity, such tools can be used in mobile applications as invaluable teaching tools. In this paper, a new AI framework application is discussed that will help children with ASD develop efficient social-emotional skills. It uses the Jetpack Compose framework and Google Cloud Vision API as emotion-aware technology. The framework is developed with two main features designed to help children reflect on their emotions, internalise them, and train them how to express these emotions. Each activity is based on similar features from literature with enhanced functionalities. A diary feature allows children to take pictures of themselves, and the application categorises their facial expressions, saving the picture in the appropriate space. The three-level minigame consists of a series of prompts depicting a specific emotion that children have to match. The results of the framework offer a good starting point for similar applications to be developed further, especially by training custom models to be used with ML Kit. Full article

Current risk assessment in railway track maintenance operations faces challenges (low spatiotemporal accuracy, limited adaptability to various scenarios, and tendency of linear fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) methods to underestimate high-risk factors). To address these, this study proposes a novel risk assessment model that integrates subjective–objective weighting techniques with a nonlinear FCE approach. By incorporating spatiotemporal information, the model enables precise localization of risk occurrence in individual maintenance operations. A comprehensive risk index system is constructed across four dimensions: human, equipment, environment, and management. The game theory combined weighting method, integrating the G1 method and entropy weight method, is employed; it balances expert judgment with data-driven analysis. A cloud model is introduced to generate risk membership matrices, accounting for the fuzziness and randomness of risk data. The nonlinear FCE framework enhances the influence of high-risk factors. Risk levels are determined using the combined weights, membership matrices, and the maximum membership principle. A case study on the Lanzhou–Xinjiang Railway demonstrates that the proposed model achieves higher consistency with actual risk conditions than conventional methods, improving assessment accuracy and reliability. This model offers a practical and effective tool for risk prevention and control in railway maintenance operations. Full article

This article presents a novel off-cloud anchor sharing framework designed to enable seamless device interoperability for Mixed Reality (MR) multi-user and multi-platform applications. The proposed framework enables local storage and synchronization of spatial anchors, offering a robust and autonomous alternative for real-time collaborative experiences. Such anchors are digital reference points tied to specific positions in the physical world that allow virtual content in MR applications to remain accurately aligned to the real environment, thus being an essential tool for building collaborative MR experiences. This anchor synchronization system takes advantage of the use of local anchor storage to optimize the sharing process and to exchange the anchors only when necessary. The framework integrates Unity, Mirror and Mixed Reality Toolkit (MRTK) to support seamless interoperability between Microsoft HoloLens 2 devices and desktop computers, with the addition of external IoT interaction. As a proof of concept, a collaborative multiplayer game was developed to illustrate the multi-platform and anchor sharing capabilities of the proposed system. The experiments were performed in Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments, and they highlight the importance of efficient anchor management in large-scale MR environments and demonstrate the effectiveness of the system in handling anchor transmission across varying levels of spatial complexity. Specifically, the obtained results show that the developed framework is able to obtain anchor transmission times that start around 12.7 s for the tested LAN/WAN networks and for small anchor setups, and to roughly 86.02–87.18 s for complex physical scenarios where room-sized anchors are required.
