Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The reviewed paper reports a simple synthesis of the title compound by reacting acetyl-containing furan-3-carboxylates with hydrazine. The reaction procedures were described properly, and the product was characterized using IR, NMR, MS, and X-ray techniques. The obtained derivative is not reported in Chem. Abstract (SciFinder), so it can be considered as a new one. In my opinion, the manuscript is publishable in Molbank.

A minor correction in the Experimental: …the solvent was removed … should read … the solvent was evaporated …

In the Supplementary Materials reporting X-ray analysis (_[Mo K_] should read: …Mo Kα radiation, λ = 0.71073 …
