Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This review has focused on the covering different aspects of rifampicin-resistant (RR) tuberculosis in children. Authors have done an excellent job in updating about current challenges in detection and treatment of RR-TB in children. Since the review is focused on the RR-TB in children, authors should accordingly change the title to reflect that. The current title “Treatment of rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis disease and infection: key updates, challenges and opportunities” suggests that the review is about the RR-TB in general which is not the case.
