Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Any research must answer the What (object of research), Why (justification for the study), What for (objectives), How (method) and Results and Discussion.  In the Introduction, the What and Why should be expressed.  Since the artefact proposed in the article is for educational purposes - at least, it seems to be - parts of section 4.3 should be included in the Introduction.

Discussion section should be a theoretical discussion with similar works approached in the literature review or Introduction section. It should not an auto-contrast, but a general discussion of the results compared with those of other studies.

Conclusions Section can't consist in a repetition of the results or research's goals. It should contain:  a) the practical implications of the results (section 4.3 should be here).  b) Limitations of the study. c) A research's prospective (which is included in this paper).

There are some typing problems in References section.

Reviewer 2 Report

1.Authors designed two methods to integrate the Hidden Markov Model and Viterbi algorithm to resolve the incompatibilities for cross-harmonization of Jazz standards.  This paper is interesting.

2. Authors may further describe how the expert analysis and evaluate rating in sections 3.2.
