Peer review is an essential part in the publication process, ensuring that Languages maintains high quality standards for its published papers. In 2016, 10 peer reviewed papers were published in the journal. In 2017, a total of 29. Thanks to the cooperation of our reviewers, the median time to first decision in 2017 was 37 days (39 days in 2016) and the median time to publication was 131 days (154 days in 2016).
