Fuzzy Logic Algorithms and Its Applications

Dear Colleagues, 

There is growing concern regarding sustainable development and climate change, and society demands more effective actions in order to mitigate and adapt to climate effects. For companies, sustainability represents a management challenge, seeking the integrity of the planet for future generations, and, at the same time, maintaining economic viability. 

In this context, science is essential to propose new solutions in decision-making and contribute to sustainable development. For these reasons, a relevant contribution from academia to governments, companies, and society will be to include new and robust scientific research on this topic in a Special Issue entitled “Fuzzy Logic Algorithms and Its Applications”. 

The Special Issue aims to broaden the discussion on sustainable development and climate change, and to advance the frontiers of knowledge regarding fuzzy logic algorithms to manage uncertainty and facilitate decision-making. Studies may have a theoretical, methodological, or practical focus. Papers submitted must not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. 

In this Special Issue, original research articles and reviews are welcome. Research areas may include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Decision making;
• Multi-criteria decision making;
• Modeling and simulation;
• Fuzzy logic applications;
• Fuzzy theory.

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Axioms is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
